Halfway between our study area and the coast, we are gently going back to the harbor due to the typhon alert in our working area.

We thus stopped recording 3D seismic data this morning and started to recover the P-Cable system at 10 o’clock. We firstly brough back the airgun source then, the starboard paravane, the 15 streamers (one by one; we winded them and put them back into their boxes) and finally, the port paravane (as for the starboard paravane, the port paravane is securely attached to the A-frame).

Mi-chemin entre notre zone d’étude et la côte, nous retournons tranquillement au port d’Anping suite à l’alerte typhon donnée dans notre zone de travail.

Nous avons, en conséquence, arrêté d’acquérir des données 3D ce matin et avons commencé à récupérer le dispositif  vers 10h. Nous avons, dans un premier temps, ramené à bord la source d’air comprimé puis, l’un des paravents (tribord), les 15 flûtes (une à une, que nous avons enroulé sur elles-mêmes afin de les stocker dans des boîtes de rangement) puis le dernier paravent. Comme pour le premier, celui-ci a été solidement attaché au cadre du pont arrière.
