Provide equitable access to ocean resources, and ensure that <strong>neither pollution<\/strong> nor the <strong>harvesting and extraction of living and non-living resources<\/strong> impair the basic functions of the ecosystem. Facilitate the development of <strong>sustainable and resilient coastal communities<\/strong>.
