Das GEOMAR beteiligt sich mit seiner lila gef\u00e4rbten Webseite zum morgigen \u201eInternationalen Tag der Menschen mit Behinderung\u201c (3.12.) an der \u201e#PurpleLightUp Online-Kampagne\u201c, um gemeinsam mit vielen anderen auf die Anliegen und Bed\u00fcrfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen hinzuweisen.
Im deutschsprachigen Raum wird diese Aktion von myAbility organisiert, einem sozialen Unternehmen, das sich f\u00fcr eine chancengerechte und barrierefreie Gesellschaft einsetzt.

Gestolpert sind wir zun\u00e4chst \u00fcber den Namen \u201eAngry Cripples\u201c \u2013 aber dahinter verbirgt sich eine tolle Empowerment-Plattform f\u00fcr behinderte Menschen, die noch relativ neu am Start ist. Schaut selbst:

Das Dialoghaus in Hamburg bietet Erlebnisse f\u00fcr Inklusion und Vielfalt. Dort k\u00f6nnt Ihr am eigenen Leib erfahren, wie es sich anf\u00fchlt, nichts sehen (Dialog im Dunkeln) oder wenig bis nichts h\u00f6ren zu k\u00f6nnen (Dialog im Stillen).

Das Institut f\u00fcr Inklusive Bildung wird eine zentrale Einrichtung der CAU Kiel! Das Leuchtturmprojekt konnte durch die F\u00f6rderung des Landes Schleswig-Holstein dauerhaft in der Kieler Universit\u00e4t verankert werden und wird in Zukunft die Qualifizierung weiterer Bildungsfachkr\u00e4fte, die die Lebenswelten, Bedarfe und spezifischen Sichtweisen von Menschen mit Behinderung als Hochschullehrende vermitteln.

Das neu gegr\u00fcndete Helmholtz-Network DEI (Diversity\/Equity\/Inclusion) organisiert eine Podiumsdiskussion zum Thema \u201eWissenschaftskarriere und Behinderung\u201c, die an allen Helmholtz-Zentren gestreamt werden soll. Wir halten Euch auf dem Laufenden!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3rd December  – International Day of Persons with Disabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With its purple-coloured website GEOMAR is participating in the “#PurpleLightUp Online Campaign” on tomorrow’s “International Day of Persons with Disabilities” (3rd of December) as many others. The aim of the campaign is to draw attention to the concerns and needs of people with disabilities.
In German-speaking countries, this campaign is organised by myAbility, a social enterprise that campaigns for a gender equal and barrier-free society.

We stumbled across the website “Angry Cripples”, that is still relatively new. This is a great empowerment platform for people with disabilities. Take a look for yourself:

The Institute for Inclusive Education becomes a central institution at CAU Kiel! The lighthouse project was able to be permanently anchored in Kiel University thanks to funding from the state of Schleswig-Holstein. The institute will be responsible for the qualification of university lecturers, who mediate living environments, needs and specific perspectives of people with disabilities.
