They are educated by me and assisted by au pairs. My husband runs a business and has no time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do you balance your work and family commitments? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I spent 3 hours per day for family (from 6 to 7 am and from 6 to 8 pm), rest is work plus household management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What has helped you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au pairs and a very good teaching schedule (never after 5 pm) done by our staff at work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What has hindered you? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It would be easier if my husband shared tasks with me.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What have been the most difficult moments in your career considering family and work-life balance?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meetings!<\/li>\n<li>Preparing new lectures, which is mostly the case in my subject area.
