GAME alumni talk series starts this week

This year GAME celebrates its 15th anniversary and on this occasion we are starting a talk series in which programme alumni will speak about their career paths that followed their participation in GAME. Our first speaker is Sarah Piehl who participated in the first GAME project on the biological effects of microplastics in 2013. In 2014 she started a PhD at the University of Bayreuth that also focuses on the plastic litter problem. On Wednesday May 17th she will speak about the monitoring of plastic debris using remote sensing methods. The talk will start at 14:00 in Seminarraum RB 55of the GEOMAR Westshore building.
